My name is John Clayton Ossenkop and I am a freelance photographer native to Boise, Idaho. Growing up in the stunning Pacific Northwest motivated me to see what else was out there. After graduating college a buddy and I decided to take an extended trip abroad and that’s when I really began to appreciate the raw beauty the rest of the planet has to offer.

This was the first time I immersed myself in new cultures, customs, and traditions found in other countries. While exploring, I found myself drawn to the unique landscapes, both natural and urban-based, displayed in each country. All were vastly unique and breathtaking in their own regard. This point has since propelled my passion for photography and adventure.

Now, when I am out traveling, be it internationally or enjoying domestic favorites, I am working towards perfecting my craft. Through this journey, I’d love to inspire others while continuing to learn and grow as a photographer. By sharing these beautiful moments I have been lucky enough to capture, I hope others will start in on their own journey as well.
